Better him...

How could Mitt Romney possibly have been good for the country if he does not understand his own* message? It smacks of entitlements. Politics is everything.
Mitt not us or humpty, but it should be clear that even kings men or horses...
It has come to my attention that I might not be a member of Beyond the Norm. I will look back at that later. In the meantime, David Sirota has become a permanent part of the Norman Goldman Show.

Anyone who believes that we have a spending problem not a revenue problem is unqualified to make decisions that will help the economy. That is my summary, not that he* might not agree.
Spending as a percent of GDP is the lowest in 60 years and the tax rates are the lowest in living memory.**

But on the issue of conflict of interest, the conflict is ironic.

Note that it is quite different to be a Republican governor in a Democratic controlled state(Romney), than a bipartisan Democratic president in a more evenly controlled but partisanly divided congress. Republicans have been against what they might have been for if they had been in control(less so maybe locally given this context). The debt being the Toll Keen under the bridge. C-Mythmatic. Not to mention the road we hoe or Rove. The irony is even more dimentional in the local situation in that, Inslee as governor (re:legislative branch) would be more Obama(re:leg.br.) than McKenna as governor would be either Romney as executive.(re:either state or national leg.br.) See Romney touting his term in Massachusettes with an 86% Democratic legislature. (It doesn't take much to sit down and cooperate.) This is no excuse for thinking that divided government means more partisanship rather than cooperation and compromising as Democratic principles. (Further editing if NOT *,^'s may be needed[!]#$%)

Fear and Running
in the Republican Party.
It could be said that the 1st Amendment of the constitution kills more than the 2nd Amendment.
Amendment 1- Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment 2- A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
I was going to go with "gunning" instead of "running", but I did not want it to suggest* a 2nd Amendment solution. But with Romney running on an ad that misunderstands English, that is only one bullet point to my argument. "You didn't build that." is completely out of context**. But out of context does not necessarily mean misleading.***
Post asterisks: The impact of the first amendment on what gets done has more impact on life and death than the fallacy that anyone is going to kill the second amendment.[**]

If it is possible to be wrong in two dimensions, Raw Money might be able. At least he is wrong twice in one claim in regards to Obama and the economic turn around. But while two wrongs don’t make a right. Two rights do make a turn around, but not two lefts. Well it is a matter of degrees. (‘scuse me Mitt RobbedMe*)
Anyway, back to the two wrongs, A.) the President can’t turn the economy around, congress passes all legislation. B.) the economy has turned around. C.) turning it around again will be the wrong direction. D.) There is plenty of turn left.
There is plenty of dispute about how and how much to turn. There is even plenty of dispute as to how much it was turned. But there is no disputing that the economy has been turned around and it is still being turned.]

Two Points Determine a Line.

[Now I will parse the irony. The two points are Occupy Wall Street and the National Defense Appropriations Act. (Rebranding a SALT or SLAT**) Actually only one of these last links was the trigger for this line of thought. My point is about the lines as we make them. We are an exceptional country that is at risk of being more like those in the past. Congress is responsible for drawing the lines, and the judiciary and executive are responsible for interpreting and navigating them. Sorry there is no punch line, but that is the dilemma. Re-leads* and typos.

Norman feels it is a misread of sorts. BTW: it is S. 1867 that has s. 1031 & 1032 respecting Amendment 1107.]
